今年9月13日，中国政府正式通过了延迟法定退休年龄的决定。这项政策其实早在2013年就被提出，11年后，靴子总算落地。
目前，中国的法定退休年龄为男性60岁，女性50岁或55岁。政策出台后，男性退休年龄提高到63岁，女性退休年龄调整至55岁或58岁。值得注意的是，该政策并不会马上实施，而是会从2025年1月1日开始实施，并且是用15年的时间逐步提高退休年龄。
